The Matrix R3 works through the stimulation of cellular processes. The frequency based electrical currents used in the Matrix R3 can enhance the production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), a crucial molecule for cellular energy. Warranty

The Matrix R3 warranty is 5 years.

The warranty covers the operations of the device. It covers the Screen, Buttons, Inbuilt Electrode, Inbuilt battery, Internal charging plug. We have designed the Matrix R3 to be sturdy, but it is still a electronic device with intricate hardware inside.

Please be careful not to drop it on hard surfaces as the impact could damage the outer shell or internal components.

If you have any problems with the Matrix R3 or it fails to operate properly during the warranty period, the customer will contact the seller so they can assess the problem and repair or replace the product at the discretion of the seller.

You must call us at 503-395-4142 and speak to our staff to receive a return merchandise authorization approval so we can take care of the issue immediately for you.

During the first 12 months the device will be repaired or replaced at no charge, but the customer will be responsible for shipping the device back to the seller and will provide a tracking number when they ship the item back. In years 2 through 5 there is a $75.00 deductible due from the customer for all warranty work including battery replacement.

All warranty work must be completed by our Matrix R3 technicians and if there is any effort to open the device by the customer then the warranty shall be deemed void.
