Today people even in the the wealthiest countries are getting diseases like diabetes and cancer at younger and younger ages. There is a world epidemic of fatigue, pain, depression and sleep issues. Every 23 seconds, a woman is diagnosed with breast cancer, 30% of people are being diagnosed with cancer and one out of three children will develop Type II Diabetes. “Diabetes alone is a looming global pandemic with incalculable consequences, yet it’s a food-borne illness.”
