This Protection Plan is inclusive of the manufacturer’s one-year (1) warranty that exists during the coverage term that is established from the purchase date. It does not replace the manufacturer’s warranty but provides certain additional benefits during the term of the manufacturer’s warranty. Replacement parts, if necessary, will be new manufacturers’ parts that perform to the factory specifications of the product. Protection Plan must be purchased at the time WAVwatch is purchased. A $25 deductible is charged and repairs are limited to the cost of the original product or a one-time complete product replacement during the 1-year warranty.
Accident protection covers:

Screen cracks or damage as a result of accidents and drops.

Damage as a result of liquid spills or submersion.

Battery and power source failure, including wiring to the battery and battery shorts.

Power failure, power shorts, and internal cord replacement.

Problems if the touch screen becomes unresponsive or is not usable.

Wrist band failure or problems.
It DOES NOT cover:

Protection against theft, loss, reckless, or product abuse.

Damage during shipping and handling.

Shipping costs to return the product for service.
WHAT TO DO IF A COVERED PRODUCT REQUIRES SERVICE OR REPLACEMENT:
Call 401.592.8928 and explain the problem. We will attempt to troubleshoot the problem you are experiencing. If we cannot resolve the problem, you will be directed to an authorized service center or your WAVwatch will be replaced one time only.
